Pilates
Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. There are many different levels to each exercise and you will be monitored and encouraged to work at your appropriate level.

One To One
Private sessions will be undertaken in your own home and will include postural analysis and medical screening followed by a range of Pilates exercises specific for your postural type.

Fitness, Strength & Balance
As well as community Pilates classes Becki also teaches Body Pump, Body Balance, CXWorx and spin. She is also a qualified GP Referral specialist and Level 4 Exercise for the Management of Lower Back Pain instructor.
